Beginning on Aug. 31 some of the best of the sport will battle it out at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center for this tennis season’s second Grand Slam.
While some players have opted to stay home for a myriad of reasons — like Rafael Nadal (COVID-19 concerns), Bianca Andreescu (inability to prepare) and Roger Federer (injury) — there are still big names competing for one of the sports biggest trophies such as Serena Williams and Novak Djokovic.
